Definition
The context map is a *framework* for mapping the context and the actors surrounding a problem: people, organizations, forces, and relationships that influence it. It situates the challenge within its ecosystem instead of isolating it, helping to see dependencies, pressures, and stakeholders that would otherwise remain out of focus.
