Definition
A user persona is a semi-fictional archetype representing the end-user who directly interacts with a product or digital interface. Unlike a Buyer Persona — which focuses on purchasing decisions, budgets and commercial ROI —, a User Persona focuses on daily tasks, mental models, cognitive friction, technical proficiency and usability needs.
