Definition
A Brand RFC (Brand Request for Comments) is the formal technical governance mechanism of the Brand Engineering Framework through which any change to the brand system — verbal, visual, spatial identity, or design tokens — must be proposed, documented, and approved. It eradicates arbitrary improvisation from agencies or informal committees by requiring data-backed hypotheses, cross-system impact analysis, RACI matrix role assignments, and semantic versioning (SemVer) tracked in Git.
