Definition
The BMAD Method (Breakthrough Method of Agile AI-Driven Development) is an open-source framework for building software with AI by distributing the process across specialized agents —analyst, product manager, architect, scrum master, developer, QA— that hand artifacts (brief, PRD, architecture, epics, and stories) down a chain. It is not a single prompt: it is a flow of roles, each with its own context and its own verifiable output.
