I hide objects in the real world and publish them as drops on this map. The unclaimed ones are yours to find: go there, scan the code and claim it with your name.
Coming soon
Geocaching is a real-world treasure hunt. My plan is to hide 3D prints I make around different places in the world, my “drops”, each one with a surprise inside.
When I publish the first one, it will appear as a point on this map. To get it you will have to find it physically at its spot: inside it carries a secret code, so nobody can claim it from home.
You scan it, enter your name and the drop becomes yours, with your mark on the map and a place on the hunters’ leaderboard.
I am still preparing the first ones. Check back soon to see the first one appear here.
01
Burgundy points are still unclaimed. Tap one to see the piece and roughly where it is.
02
The object is physically there. Inside it carries a secret code: nobody can claim it from the couch.
03
Scan the code on site, enter your name and the drop becomes yours: “Claimed by YOU”. Climb the leaderboard.
A map, claimable drops and an admin to publish them. The making-of, in its case study.
