I collaborated on the creation of the interface and the enhancement of management systems and logistical solutions, serving as a UI/UX Designer and Product Designer. My work focused on strategic, user-centered design across three key projects, where my primary goal was to transform complex processes into intuitive, functional, and scalable solutions. I applied design methodologies, research, and product design principles to ensure that each solution aligned with both user needs and business objectives. Below, I detail my contributions to each project:
Design of a Ticket Management System
The first challenge was to design a ticket management system for the company itself, aimed at optimizing the interaction between customers and the internal team. I conducted in-depth research, including stakeholder interviews and process mapping, to understand the specific needs of users. I developed user flows to identify critical pain points and opportunities for improvement within the ticket lifecycle, from creation to resolution.
During the design phase, I created low-fidelity wireframes to quickly iterate with the team and validate the navigation flow. I then designed a main dashboard featuring dynamic graphics displaying key metrics such as pending, resolved, and in-progress tickets. I incorporated microinteractions to ensure that status changes and task assignments were clear and accessible. By using an intuitive color palette and highly readable typography, I achieved a design that prioritized clarity and quick action.
This system not only improved the end-user experience but also increased the team's operational efficiency, significantly reducing the average time required to manage tickets.
Design of a Condominium Management System
The second project involved updating an existing system for one of the company's clients: an office building that required a comprehensive solution for condominium management. My approach began with market research and interviews with administrators, where I identified friction points such as difficulties in managing banking records and issuing receipts.
To address these needs, I designed a modular interface that included functionalities such as tenant management, contracts, general expenses, month-end closing, and receipt issuance. I developed interactive prototypes in Figma, where I validated key workflows, including a three-step receipt generation process:

From a visual design perspective, I implemented dynamic graphs to display financial data and advanced filtering tools for efficient navigation. The interface successfully centralized processes and simplified administrative tasks, ultimately increasing productivity and enhancing the system’s professional perception.
ERP System for a Customs Management Company
The third project involved redesigning an ERP system for a key client: a customs management company. This system needed to integrate logistics, purchasing, accounting, and revenue modules into a centralized platform. I conducted an in-depth analysis of internal processes using empathy maps and interviews with users at different hierarchical levels, from operational staff to management.
Based on these findings, I structured the ERP as a modular solution, designing each module with a functionality-focused approach. For example:
The logistics module included real-time shipment tracking.
The accounting module featured automated bank reconciliations.
For managers, I designed a consolidated dashboard displaying key metrics such as revenue, costs, and delivery times, using interactive charts to facilitate strategic decision-making.
Additionally, I implemented customizable notifications and advanced filters to streamline critical tasks. This redesign significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced data duplication, making processes smoother and more effective for all users.
