Context:
The main need was to design a digital application to build customer loyalty for a brand specializing in tools. This project aimed to create a personalized experience for users, optimizing their interaction with the products and services offered.

Objective:
Design an application with the primary goal of building user loyalty through personalized promotions, integrating features for purchase tracking and access to educational content, all supported by a robust administration system.
My role was to lead product design and user experience (UI/UX), collaborating closely with developers and strategists.
Target User:
Individuals interested in tools for construction, repair, and creation projects, including DIY enthusiasts and industry professionals.
Methods:
Focus Groups: Exploration of how customers interact with similar applications.
Benchmarking: Analysis of competing applications and loyalty programs within the tool sector.
Key Findings:
Users value personalized content and promotions.
There is a high demand for post-sale support, including manuals and warranty access.
The integration of an internal eLearning platform is perceived as a key differentiator.
The application's inspiration mainly came from North American digital sales ecosystems, as the target audience strongly trusts imported products and feels more comfortable interacting with platforms that reflect these characteristics.
