Introduction
Throughout my professional career, I have participated in various projects related to franchise consulting, product development with well-known licenses, and brand conceptualization. Each of these projects has represented an important step in my growth as a consultant, as they have allowed me to apply technological tools, explore creativity in product design, and enhance the identity of new franchises.
Below, I present a detailed view of three key experiences that demonstrate my contribution in this field and how they coherently integrate into my portfolio.

Collaboration with Profranquicia and Interactive Manuals
My work with the Venezuelan Franchise Chamber (Profranquicia) focused on the collection and organization of essential data for the creation of franchise manuals. During this process, I closely collaborated with specialized consultants to standardize brand identity and define the key differentiating aspects of the services offered.
In an effort to improve the franchisees’ experience, I designed interactive manuals that included QR codes and clickable buttons within the pages, providing immediate access to supporting documents and digital files. This innovation not only streamlined learning and procedural implementation but also opened the door to immersive experiences through virtual reality. Some manuals featured 3D store designs and a link to view them using Google Cardboard headsets, offering a much clearer vision of how the spaces would look in reality.
Product Design with Disney Licenses
Following my experience in standardizing franchises, I had the opportunity to collaborate with franchisees holding Disney licenses, specifically for the Disney Princesses, Marvel, and Pixar lines. The primary goal was to develop creative and functional products that also captured the playful essence of these brands.
In this context, I conceived the concept of T-shirts that users could color using water-soluble markers. The garment functioned as a kind of “coloring book,” allowing children and adults to personalize the illustrations and then wash the fabric to repeat the process as many times as they desired. This design seamlessly combined entertainment with practicality, offering an interactive experience that strengthened the emotional connection to the Disney brand.

Conceptualization and Recognition of a New Franchise
A third significant experience in my career was providing consultancy to a gold, jewelry, and valuables pawn franchise. The challenge was to design a concept that inspired trust and professionalism in a sector where credibility is essential. Drawing inspiration from banking aesthetics, we restructured the visual identity and brand values to convey the solidity characteristic of a financial institution.
Thanks to this approach, the franchise successfully positioned itself in the market, earning the recognition of "New Franchise of the Year 2018." This award confirmed the value of a coherent branding strategy that considered both commercial objectives and the expectations of the target audience.
These initiatives demonstrate my ability to combine franchise consulting with technological innovation and the design of unique brand experiences. Each project, though distinct in objectives, is connected in my portfolio through the common thread of creativity, excellence, and the constant pursuit of solutions tailored to client needs. This comprehensive approach has allowed me to deliver differentiated results and build trusting relationships in the franchise sector.
